As a Virtual Assistant with The Boutique COO, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients’ success. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing client projects from inception to completion, consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Executing a wide range of virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, lead conversion management, research, and data entry.

  • Maintaining a flexible schedule, starting at 20 hours per week with potential growth to 40 hours, primarily focused on weekdays with 1-2 day project turnaround times.
