As a Care Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, building trust and providing continuous, personalized support. Your key responsibilities include:

• Patient Enrollment: Guide patients seamlessly through the enrollment process for various healthcare programs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Program Eligibility Assessment: Thoroughly evaluate patient eligibility for specific healthcare programs based on defined criteria (e.g., age, medical conditions).
• Patient Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations to gather necessary information and clearly explain the benefits and requirements of different programs.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document all patient information, enrollment details, and assessments in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.
• Follow-Up and Coordination: Monitor enrollment application progress, communicate effectively with patients, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth process.
• Patient Education: Provide clear, concise, and understandable explanations to patients regarding Medsien’s healthcare programs and services.
• Compliance and Privacy: Strictly adhere to all relevant privacy regulations, including HIPAA, maintaining the highest level of patient information confidentiality.
• Program Updates: Stay informed about changes, updates, and new offerings related to healthcare programs, effectively communicating these to patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, social workers, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless patient care and enrollment.

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic professional with the following qualifications:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from a nationally accredited institution (e.g., NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP) is mandatory.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English is a non-negotiable requirement for effective patient communication.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses to accurately assess patient eligibility.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, showing sensitivity to their needs and concerns.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of enrollment applications and documentation.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple patient enrollments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Technology proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, especially when handling sensitive patient information.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
